All items are subject to availability. We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but we do not guarantee all information is error-free. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in the selected currency and may change without notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available methods. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.
Intellectual Property
All content — including designs, logos, images, and branding — is the property of RoxorLoops & Jasmin and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
- Worldwide shipping. Fees are calculated at checkout and charged to the customer. Delivery times vary by location.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days. Delays may occur during high-demand periods.
- Customs & duties. International orders may incur import fees, duties, or taxes — these are the customer's responsibility.
- Order accuracy. By placing an order you confirm all details (size, colour, address) are correct. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
Not our fault
RoxorLoops & Jasmin are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Any costs from incorrect customer information are the customer's responsibility.
All sales are final
Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund.
Order Issues
If you receive a wrong or missing item, contact us as soon as possible. Please film an unboxing video when opening your package — this may be required as proof when reporting an issue.
Customer Errors
If you provided incorrect order details, any reshipping or replacement costs are your responsibility. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been placed.
